Refund policy
1. RETURN WINDOW
Products purchased from carehousehold.com may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
The return request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires. All returns require prior authorization from CARE HOUSEHOLD.
To request a return, email info@carehousehold.com and include:
Your name;
Order number;
Product being returned;
Reason for the return; and
Photos or other supporting information if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do not send a return before receiving authorization and return instructions.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components when reasonably possible.
Items damaged through misuse, improper assembly, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
These condition requirements do not prevent a customer from reporting a product that arrived damaged, has a confirmed quality issue, or was sent incorrectly.
Proof of purchase from carehousehold.com is required.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect the order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or is not the item ordered, contact info@carehousehold.com within 3 calendar days after delivery.
Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or error when applicable.
If the issue is confirmed, CARE HOUSEHOLD will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return shipping cost. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. This does not constitute a direct exchange service.
4. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For returns based on preference, fit, appearance, ordering error, or another change-of-mind reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original free standard shipping costs $0. Return shipping paid by the customer is not reimbursed.

All returns require prior authorization. Do not send products to this address without first contacting info@carehousehold.com and receiving return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused. Customers should use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt until the return is completed.
6. RESTOCKING FEE
CARE HOUSEHOLD does not charge a restocking fee.

7. RETURN INSPECTION
Returned products are inspected after receipt. We will notify you whether the return has been approved or whether additional information is required.
Approval may be affected if the returned product is missing components or has damage unrelated to the original return reason.
8. REFUNDS
After a refund is approved, CARE HOUSEHOLD will process the refund to the original payment method, and the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5 business days.
The refund will generally include the approved product amount and applicable sales tax.
If the refund has not appeared in your account after 5 business days from the date of approval, please contact info@carehousehold.com for further assistance.
9. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, return the eligible original product under this policy and place a separate order for the preferred product.
10. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact info@carehousehold.com within 24 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation.
Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
If an order is successfully canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
