4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price shown at checkout is the price charged for the order, excluding any applicable government-required taxes. If a pricing or product information error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
5. ORDERS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
Contact info@carehousehold.com within 24 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received within 24 hours, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
If an order is successfully canceled after payment has been authorized or collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. SHIPPING
CARE HOUSEHOLD currently ships only to the 48 contiguous United States.
Free standard shipping costs $0 and does not require a minimum purchase.

Transit Time: 3-7 business days
Estimated Delivery: 4-9 business days from the date the order is placed
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders may be shipped through USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection depends on the destination, product, and available delivery service.
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking activity may take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Damage, a quality issue, or an incorrect item must be reported within 3 calendar days after delivery. Photos or other supporting information may be requested.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For a confirmed quality issue, damaged item, or incorrect item, CARE HOUSEHOLD will cover authorized return shipping costs.
No restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
All returns require prior authorization. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product and place a separate order for the preferred item.

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment options displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for an order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be accepted. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.
